Bread Lampは本物のパンですか？
本物のパンそのものを、加工して作品にしています。食べ物ではありませんのでご注意ください。
Bread Lampは腐りませんか？カビは発生しませんか？
防腐・防カビ・防虫加工を行い、樹脂コーティングを施していますので、半永久的にご使用いただけます。ただし、乾物・ドライフラワーなどを好む一部の虫やネズミなどによる被害が発生する可能性はございます。
Bread Lampは食べられますか？
食べられません。本品は本物のパンからできていますが、コーティング処理をおこなっているため、食べることはできません。コーティングは有毒なものではございませんので、お子さんやペットなどが舐めても問題ありません。
どうやって作られているんですか？
日本国内にて、全て手作りで作成しています。
パンの中身はどうしているんですか？
パン粉やお菓子などに再活用しています。
使用するときの注意点は？
作品はワレモノが多いです。取り扱いの際は、十分にお気をつけください。
またBread Lamppは完全防水ではありません。水がかかる場所（浴室、屋外など）に長時間放置されますと、電子機器が故障する原因となりますのでご注意ください。
Bread Lampを落として割れてしまいました
有料にて修理を受け付けております。
簡易的な修理方法として、ホットボンドで穴を埋めることで、破損がそれ以上広がることを防ぐことができます。
完全な修理をご希望の場合は、有料の修理をお申し込みくださいませ。
海外でも使えますか？
はい、使用できます。電池タイプのものは世界中どこでも同じ規格の電池（単三電池）を使用しております。コードタイプのものは、USB給電コードを付属しております。5V 1A以上の充電器をご使用ください。
安全性の規格はありますか？
Bread Lampは全種類にCEマークを取得しています。また、アダプタータイプのものは、PSEマーク、FCCマーク認証も取得しております。
Bread Lampの電池タイプの点灯時間は？
十分な明るさで点灯する継続時間は、単三乾電池（Panasonicの代表的な電池であるEVOLTA）で約7時間、単三充電池（PanasonicのEneloop）で約8時間となっております。連続点灯でご使用の場合は、充電池（容量1900mAh以上）をお使いください。
マンガン電池のご使用もできますが、EVOLTAと比較すると約1/4程度の点灯時間となります。
Is the Bread Lamp made of real bread?
Yes, it is created by processing real bread into a work of art. Please note that it is not food.
Will the Bread Lamp rot? Will mold grow on it?
Since it has undergone antiseptic, anti-mold, and anti-insect processing and is finished with a resin coating, it can be used semi-permanently. However, please be aware that damage may occur from certain insects or rodents that are attracted to dried goods and flowers.
Is the Bread Lamp edible?
It is not edible. While it is made from real bread, it cannot be eaten due to the coating process. The coating is non-toxic, so there is no safety issue if children or pets happen to lick it.
How is it made?
Each piece is entirely handmade within Japan.
What happens to the inside of the bread?
The inside is repurposed for things like breadcrumbs and snacks.
What should I be careful of when using it?
Many of the pieces are fragile. Please handle them with care. Additionally, the Bread Lamp is not completely waterproof. Leaving it in areas where it may be exposed to water (such as bathrooms or outdoors) for long periods may cause the electronic components to malfunction.
I dropped my Bread Lamp and it broke.
We accept repairs for a fee. As a simple DIY fix, you can fill any holes with a hot glue gun to prevent the damage from spreading further. If you prefer a complete restoration, please apply for our paid repair service.
Can it be used overseas?
Yes, it can. The battery-powered models use AA batteries, which are a global standard. The corded models come with a USB power cable. Please use a charger with an output of 5V 1A or higher.
Does it meet any safety standards?
All types of Bread Lamps have obtained the CE mark. Additionally, models with adapters have also obtained PSE and FCC certifications.
How long does the battery-powered Bread Lamp stay lit?
The continuous lighting time at sufficient brightness is approximately 7 hours using alkaline batteries (e.g., Panasonic EVOLTA) and approximately 8 hours using rechargeable batteries (e.g., Panasonic Eneloop). For continuous use, we recommend using rechargeable batteries (with a capacity of 1900mAh or more). Manganese batteries can also be used, but the lighting time will be about 1/4 of that of an EVOLTA battery.
