乾燥から加工、仕上げまで、多くの工程を手作業で行うことで、二度と同じ作品は生まれません。
ロスパンを使うことで、廃棄されるパンを少しでも減らしたいと考えています。We use real bread that has been baked and later became surplus bread in our works.
Each piece is unique in shape and baking color; no two are the same.
From drying to processing and finishing, many steps are carried out by hand, ensuring that no two works are ever identical.
By using surplus bread, we hope to reduce food waste, even if only a little.
